These terms apply to the JewelColor app (the “App”) and this website, provided by Laqen LLC. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. The App is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
Free levels and the full-game purchase
The first 20 levels are free. The full game is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all 100 levels. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is processed by Apple; prices are set per country and shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Content
All pictures, gem designs, code, sounds and text in the App and on this site are original works owned by Laqen LLC and protected by copyright. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, modify or tamper with the App or its purchase system, except where the law allows it.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
