Tell us your device, iOS version and, if it is about a picture, the level number.
Restore your purchase
Open JewelColor, go to the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy the full game. The unlock works on every iPhone and iPad signed in to that account.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Reset your progress
In the app, open Settings and choose the reset progress option. This clears completed pictures and records on that device. It does not remove your full-game unlock.
Sound and vibration
Game sounds and haptic vibration can each be turned on or off in Settings.
Stuck on a level?
Use the free shuffle to re-deal the board, or read the tips in our how-to-play guide. There is no timer and no way to fail, so take your time.
