Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-24. The short version: no accounts, no ads, no tracking. The App only shares what is needed to process and verify the optional full-game purchase.
This policy explains how Laqen LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in the JewelColor app for iPhone and iPad (the “App”) and on this website, jewelcolor.ing.
Information the App collects
Nothing that identifies you by name. The App has no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone, and the game itself works offline.
Your game progress (completed pictures, move records and settings) is stored only on your device. We never receive it. Deleting the App deletes this data.
Purchases
The optional full-game unlock is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your name, payment details or Apple Account. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
To show the price, process the purchase, restore it on your other devices and understand how many players view and buy the unlock, the App uses Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.), an in-app purchase service. When the App starts, Adapty creates a random, anonymous profile ID for your installation. The App sends Adapty that ID, your App Store purchase and transaction records for the unlock, when the purchase screen was shown, and basic technical information (such as app version, device model, OS version, language and region/storefront).
We have turned off Adapty's collection of the advertising identifier (IDFA) and of your IP address. This data is not linked to your name or email, is not used for advertising, and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Adapty processes it on our behalf under the Adapty Privacy Policy. If Adapty cannot be reached, the App falls back to Apple's StoreKit so your purchase still works.
This website
To understand how visitors use this website and improve it, we use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized interactions such as clicks, scrolling and page views and produces heatmaps and session replays. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies. It is only active on this website, never in the App. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and Clarity does not load unless they accept; the choice is stored in your browser and you can reset it by clearing site data. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting and CDN providers (Hetzner and Cloudflare) may briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
Emails
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we do not share them with anyone.
Children
JewelColor is suitable for all ages. The App does not ask for names, emails or other contact details and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). The purchase data described above is anonymous and used only to process and verify the unlock.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. We have no account or name for you, so to request access to or deletion of your anonymous purchase profile, email [email protected] and we will handle it with Adapty. Your App Store purchase itself is managed by Apple.
Changes
If this policy changes, for example because we add a feature that needs data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change ships.
